The makers of John Abraham and Mrunal Thakur starrer Batla House dropped the film’s trailer on Wednesday. The movie, which is inspired by true events will be embroiled in a three-way clash at the box office this Independence Day as Akshay Kumar’s Mission Mangal and Prabhas’s Saaho too will hit the theatres on the same day.

At the trailer launch event of Batla House, John Abraham was quizzed about the film’s clash at the box office with Mission Mangal and Saaho and the actor said that he’s pretty confident about his film. While interacting with the media, John shared that he’s not concerned about the other two films. All that he’s concerned about is his own film. He also added that they’ve all done the math and they still want to release it on Independence Day only.

John told the reporters, “More importantly, it is not overconfidence. I have a lot of respect for every other film. I am confident that Nikkhil has made a very good film.”
