Who doesn’t love vintage cars? I sure do. Do I want to own one? Hell, yes! And that too a Rolls Royce Phantom? Okay, way out of my league as yet, but why not! Bollywood celebs buying fancy cars is no big deal, or even gifting one for that matter. But selling? Now, that’s new. Reportedly, Amitabh Bachchan has sold his Rolls Royce Phantom worth Rs 3.5 crore. Filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra gifted it to him after they worked together in Eklavya: The Royal Guard. The car has been sold to a businessman for an undisclosed amount, reports HindustanTimes.

While we don’t know why Big B decided to sell it off, but we know that the star is famous for his love of fancy cars. He already owns a Mercedez S-Class, a Range Rover, a Bentley GT and a Lexus SUV. The Rolls-Royce Phantom VI was launched in 2003 and discontinued in 2017. A total of over 10,000 Phantoms were produced.
